This two-week integration course offers space to explore what emerged, notice shifts in perspective, and become curious about what may now look or feel different. Through reflection, body awareness, guided exercises and simple practices, you’ll explore what feels meaningful and how new insights or ways of seeing might begin to find their way into everyday life. There’s no pressure to make sense of everything or turn every experience into a lesson. Integration is about staying curious, paying attention, and giving what surfaced the time and space to take shape.
